Yoga
From Sanskrit (योग: Yuj)
It means "to unite," "to connect," or also "to settle," "to still" the movements of the mind.
It refers to the union between body, mind, and soul. This ancient discipline of Indian origin is much more than just a physical practice—it's an inner journey, a way of life that leads you toward complete harmony of body and mind. By combining fluid movements, deep breathing, and calming meditation, yoga invites you to explore your full potential, to find inner peace, and to awaken your deep spiritual connection.

Yoga
There are many types of yoga, each with its own characteristics and goals. I mainly work with:
-
Hatha Yoga
-
Yin Yoga
-
Hormonal Yoga Therapy
-
Ashtanga
-
Vinyasa (Flow)
-
Kundalini Yoga
Each type of yoga offers unique benefits, and it’s important to explore different styles to find the one that best suits your needs and lifestyle. I also take the liberty to adapt and incorporate the style that is most beneficial for you into your sequence, so you can receive the most effective practice depending on your state of being on that particular day.

Pranayama
Pranayama is a practice of conscious breath control used in yoga and meditation. The term pranayama comes from two Sanskrit words: prana, meaning vital energy or life force, and ayama, meaning extension or expansion. Thus, pranayama involves the expansion, regulation, and mastery of the breath to influence the flow of prana and enhance physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. This practice can take various forms, such as rhythmic breathing techniques, breath retention, or specific breathing patterns aimed at calming the mind, increasing energy, or balancing emotions.
I mainly use the following techniques:
Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing),
Kapalabhati (breath of fire),
Ujjayi (victorious breath),
Sheetali (cooling breath),
Sheetkari (hissing breath), and
Bhramari (bee breath).

Meditation
Meditation is an inner adventure that offers an escape from the chaos of daily life. It is a practice where one explores the depths of the mind to find calm, clarity, and well-being. By connecting with oneself on a deeper level, meditation opens the door to an experience of inner peace and personal discovery.
The techniques I teach range from Mindfulness meditation, Vipassana, to more traditional forms such as Trataka, Satnam, and Soham (transcendental meditation

Mudra & Mantra
In the spiritual vision of yoga, mudras and mantras are the secret jewels that amplify energy and awaken the soul. With mudras, our hands become guides, channeling universal energy through our being, while mantras—mystical chants—dance with our breath to uplift the spirit and open the doors of consciousness. Together, they weave a magical tapestry of balance, focus, and inner connection, infusing every practice of yoga, pranayama, and meditation with an aura of depth and transcendence.
