I´m Nadia.
Mama, yogini, surfer, dreamer, YKA facilitator, entrepreneur, Vata, Projector…
I'm French-Brazilian, living in Hamburg, and passionate about yoga, nature, and human connection. I've always cultivated this ancestral philosophy in my life and want to make it accessible to as many people as possible. Yoga is much more than a practice for me: it's a path of transformation, a way to regain balance, vitality, and awareness.
My favorite projects:
Accompanying mothers and their babies in a gentle and caring space, to help them regain body awareness, well-being and energy after birth.
Sharing yoga in cultural centers and sowing seeds of well-being, bringing it where it is least expected, so that everyone can feel its benefits.
Trained in multi-style yoga (Hatha, Yin, Ashtanga, Yoga Nidra, Kundalini) and certified by the 500H Yoga Alliance, I offer a holistic and modern approach, adapted to our daily lives. Through yoga, meditation, and energy activation, I gently and kindly guide you towards a deep reconnection with yourself.

Postnatal
Partagez un beau moment avec son bébé dans un cours de yoga postnatal axé sur le bien-être de la maman et du petit. Dans un environnement bienveillant et sécurisé, les mamans sont guidées à travers des postures douces et adaptées qui favorisent la récupération post-partum, renforcent les muscles abdominaux et pelviens, et apaisent l'esprit. Les bébés sont également intégrés dans la séance, offrant des moments de connexion et de complicité avec leur mère. C'est une occasion précieuse pour renforcer le lien parent-enfant tout en prenant soin de soi après la naissance.
Hatha
Join a Hatha Yoga class, a balanced practice that combines physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to promote harmony between body and mind. During the session, we will explore a series of postures (asanas) designed to strengthen and loosen the body, while improving concentration and relaxation. Breathing techniques (pranayama) will be integrated to calm the mind and revitalize vital energy. Finally, we will conclude the session with a guided meditation to cultivate mental clarity and inner peace. This Hatha Yoga class is open to all levels, offering a welcoming and supportive space to explore your practice.
Yin Yoga
Treat yourself to a gentle Yin Yoga class that invites you to slow down, relax, and reconnect with your body and mind. This gentle, meditative practice focuses on postures held for several minutes, allowing for a deep stretching of connective tissues and the release of accumulated tension. With a calm and introspective approach, this class promotes relaxation, flexibility, and mental awareness, leaving you refreshed and balanced.
Kundalini Yoga The awakening of vital energy
Kundalini Yoga is a powerful practice that combines postures (asanas), breathing (pranayama), mantra chanting, and meditation to awaken the vital energy located at the base of the spine. This yoga is distinguished by its dynamic and spiritual approach, aimed at activating and harmonizing the body's energy centers. It helps release deep tensions, increase vitality, and strengthen mental clarity. By balancing emotions and developing a more intuitive connection with oneself, it promotes stable grounding and greater resilience in the face of daily challenges. By stimulating energy flow and supporting the proper functioning of the immune system, it also contributes to better overall health. Whether beginner or advanced, Kundalini Yoga offers a path of inner exploration and profound transformation.

I offer individual sessions in Hamburg, providing a safe and intimate space to explore your energy. Private sessions have many benefits, including a continuous focus on your energy for an hour. In person, the sensory dimension is also enhanced, as I use elements such as essential oils, incense, Tibetan singing bowls, specific sounds, mantras, and even light language. In addition, I incorporate techniques such as tapping (EMDR) and intuitive touch for personalized and caring support. These individual sessions create a safe haven where you can feel fully accepted, away from outside scrutiny.

If you're in Hamburg, a group session is a fantastic way to learn about Kundalini Activation and begin your inner journey—experience the energy with a group of souls and realize you're connected to everyone. Perfect for beginners or for continuing your journey on a regular basis.
YKA Online Group Session
The benefits of an online Kundalini Activation session are numerous. While the process remains similar to that of an in-person session, triggers such as music, sounds, and voice have a comparable effect, and the energy flows in the same way. Participating from home offers great convenience and a sense of security, thus promoting total relaxation and a deep presence in the experience. It also allows one to let go more easily, without fear of the gaze or judgment of others, thus promoting the release of fears and limitations. In short, the benefits of an online Kundalini Activation session are similar to those of an in-person session, offering a profound and transformative experience.
